Because in addition to an Air Conditioning and Heating Contractor State License (C-20) we also have a Refrigeration (C-38) State License and an HIC (Home Improvement Contractor) State License; because of our more than 20 years experience; because of our background (Private Professional School and College and special courses including computerized selection of energy saving equipment). Yes, we're trade certified! We are also EPA certified.

Our prices are very reasonable. More than 50% of our income is from existing customers, so we assume that they are satisfied. We give a 10% discount to seniors and new customers.
